The Graduate Service Engineer opportunity in Honeywell Building Solutions is focused on delivery of work to existing customer sites. The service graduate role is responsible for servicing customer sites, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime by providing exceptional support. You will work with critical building management systems, HVAC systems, networking and security systems often on site, learning to make decisions and run customer sites with less hands-on guidance. This may include installing and maintaining building automation, security, life safety and energy management systems. You will become a trusted service advisor to our variety of customers. You’ll enjoy a wide range of experiences across commercial and government buildings, health care facilities, airports and correction facilities.
The Honeywell Software Centre (HSC) is a global software development centre for Honeywell and recognized as a leader in the development of world class software products for Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE), Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) and Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS). The Honeywell User Experience (HUE) Design Studio provides user experience research and design to deliver world class user experiences for these businesses. You will join our design team that is responsible for the design of the user experience for Honeywell’s flagship automation and IOT solutions. Your role is to apply user experience design to help continually improve the end-to-end user experience for our customers.

This is a key position in the Sales Organization implemented to support the success of our Key Account Managers, Channel Team and Partners. Your role as a Graduate ICT Engineer will help support the design, engineering, configuring, implementation, commissioning and supporting of Information Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure (Server, Storage, Network, Virtual Platforms), Enterprise Applications (Honeywell Software), and ELV Integration at both new and existing client sites. The Graduate ICT Engineer will be able to balance between working with both internal and external teams in order to coordinate best practice efforts and delivery as well as being able to maintain a high level of hands on technical involvement and supervision. While working directly with vendors and internal/external specialists to test and develop the best integration methods taking into account efficiency, cost and requirements for given projects and ongoing service of customer sites.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, identifying & qualifying prospects, advancing the sales process, closing new business, managing upsell in small accounts and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. They will conduct research using social media and other tools to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar. By taking 100% ownership of building and creating their own pipeline, they will be creative and implement activities to contact new customers and generate new business whilst cultivating qualified leads and managing the sales process for customers to uncover how HBS can solve their problems, then working with customers to define opportunities and convert to customer orders.
The Graduate Engineer, as part and R&D team, is responsible for the entire product development lifecycle from requirements through to systems engineering, mechanical & electronics design and to successful transition to manufacturing through the most efficient means possible to target on quality, functionality, performance, cost and schedule. The role may also include some software development. The responsibility includes adherence to and improvement of R&D processes and systems to meet regulatory requirements during product introduction and ongoing compliance. This includes interaction across the entire organisation, particularly for the resolution of risks & any issues that may arise.
As Graduate Sales Engineer you will be responsible for working with the HGAS Sales team to develop and complete solution and pricing proposals to customers across both Portables & Fixed portfolio’s. Working closely with other Sales team members (Regional Sales Managers), this role will ensure customer requests are managed and dealt with in a timely and responsive manner.
As Graduate Sales Associate you will be responsible for working with the PPE Key Account Sales team to develop and complete solution and pricing proposals to customers across all PPE portfolios. Working closely with other Sales team members (Regional Sales Managers), this role will ensure customer requests are managed and dealt with in a timely and responsive manner.
