Eligibility:
To be eligible to apply for our Graduate roles, you must:
– Be either an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold PR (Permanent Residency) in Australia or New Zealand.
– Have finished or will finish your university degree within the two years prior to the start date of the Graduate role.

Building Solutions Sales Engineer

The sales graduate opportunity in Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) is focused on working with the delivery teams to develop and price customer solutions across a range of different industries. Initially focusing on smaller opportunities, you will partner with operations managers, technicians and senior sales staff to ensure optimal solutions are proposed and delivered to our customers in an accurate and timely fashion.

Building Solutions Service Engineer

The Graduate Service Engineer opportunity in Honeywell Building Solutions is focused on delivery of work to existing customer sites. The service graduate role is responsible for servicing customer sites, maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime by providing exceptional support. You will work with critical building management systems, HVAC systems, networking and security systems often on site, learning to make decisions and run customer sites with less hands-on guidance. This may include installing and maintaining building automation, security, life safety and energy management systems. You will become a trusted service advisor to our variety of customers. You’ll enjoy a wide range of experiences across commercial and government buildings, health care facilities, airports and correction facilities.

Building Solutions Projects Engineer

The graduate projects opportunity in Honeywell Building Solutions is focused on new and existing customer projects. You will work with critical building management systems, HVAC systems and security systems often on site, learning to make decisions and run projects with less hands-on guidance. This may include installing and maintaining building automation, security, life safety and energy management systems. You’ll enjoy a wide range of experiences across commercial and government buildings, health care facilities, airports and correction facilities.

Building Solutions ICT Engineer

Your role as a Graduate ICT Engineer will help support the design, engineering, configuring, implementation, commissioning and supporting of Information Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure (Server, Storage, Network, Virtual Platforms), Enterprise Applications (Honeywell Software), and ELV Integration at both new and existing client sites. The Graduate ICT Engineer will be able to balance between working with both internal and external teams in order to coordinate best practice efforts and delivery as well as being able to maintain a high level of hands on technical involvement and supervision. While working directly with vendors and internal/external specialists to test and develop the best integration methods taking into account efficiency, cost and requirements for given projects and ongoing service of customer sites.

Connected Enterprise Software Engineer

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you’ll get the opportunity to immediately contribute. You’ll be immersed in a software development team working on a new innovation, working with our talented and friendly team of professionals you can learn from. You’ll immediately get exposure to one or more aspects of the software development lifecycle.
You’re an engineer at heart who is passionate about using software and technology to solve real world problems. As an outstanding student you like using your initiative and working with others to get results. You have a strong foundation in software development skills through your studies in software and engineering. We’re not too fussy about knowledge of specific languages or technologies, its more your ability to learn quickly and solve problems we’re looking for.

Process Solutions Project Engineer

As a Graduate Project Engineer working for Honeywell Process Solutions you will get hands on experience with implementing leading class control system projects, and have the opportunity to develop among a fantastic team of professional and experienced engineers. You will implement projects using Honeywell and third party tools and processes. This role will require execution of fixed scopes of work on projects and ensure further development of your engineering skills. This will involve implementing defined parts of standard engineering solutions under the close supervision of other project engineers and assisting in the development of new or non-standard solutions. This exciting role will likely see you deployed on a number of different projects, which might be in your location, in regional areas, or interstate, possibly even offshore or international.

Process Solutions Applications Engineer

The Graduate Applications Engineer is a key role for the successful delivery of Advanced Solutions applications and services to our clients in the Pacific region. This position is responsible for the successful delivery of projects activities within each defined project. These results are achieved through implementation of key knowledge and skills within their domain of expertise. This role is also responsible for supporting the Business Team Leader with allocated duties.

Building Products Engineer

The Graduate Engineer, as part and R&D team, is responsible for the entire product development lifecycle from requirements through to systems engineering, mechanical & electronics design and to successful transition to manufacturing through the most efficient means possible to target on quality, functionality, performance, cost and schedule. The role may also include some software development. The responsibility includes adherence to and improvement of R&D processes and systems to meet regulatory requirements during product introduction and ongoing compliance. This includes interaction across the entire organisation, particularly for the resolution of risks & any issues that may arise.

How do I apply for a graduate position?

Will you accept a late application?

We know the graduation application period can be a busy time and life can be busy, but you will need to apply on time, late applications will not be accepted.

Will I be required to undertake online testing?

Eligible candidates will be required to undertake online cognitive testing. We know that testing can be nerve wracking, but just remember to relax and set yourself up in a quiet place so you won’t be distracted.
